Changing the date
You can move your date free of charge if you tell us early enough, subject to availability on the new date. The exact notice period is stated on your estimate. Dates at the end of June and on July 1 are the hardest to change — book them with care.
Cancelling
Local moves booked without a deposit can be cancelled free of charge with the notice stated on your estimate. For long-distance moves the deposit is refundable if you cancel before the deadline on your estimate; after that it covers the crew and truck we reserved for you.
If we have to change the date
If we ever need to move your date — a truck breakdown, a storm on a long-distance route — we tell you as soon as we know, offer the nearest alternative and refund the deposit in full if it does not work for you.
