What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number and email address, the addresses involved in the move, and the inventory details you send. If you call, we keep a note of the conversation with the quote.
Why we keep it
To prepare and honour the quote, to schedule crews, and to meet the record-keeping obligations of a licensed carrier. We do not sell contact information and we do not share it with other moving companies.
How long
Quotes that do not become bookings are deleted after twelve months. Records of completed moves are kept for the period required for carrier records and insurance claims.
Your rights under Quebec’s Law 25
You can ask what information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. Write to us through the contact page, addressed to the person in charge of the protection of personal information, and we respond within thirty days.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising cookies. Analytics, if used, load only after you accept them, and refusing changes nothing about how the site works. Maps and videos load from Google and YouTube only when you click them.
